Hey there software employees. Any of you have short iterations? Our sprints are about a month long and often times we don't know what we've built until we're updating customers with the new version. I try to get all the information I can about new products early on in the sprint, but seem to end up scrambling the week between the development cut date and customer upgrades, to figure out how our product actually ended up working.Anyone out there run into issues with short sprint schedules?
